Deposit
A Deposit bond of $400 is required for each hire. Your bond is returned to you when the vehicle returns to us with a full tank of petrol and no damage to the vehicle.
Payment Terms
We welcome all major credit cards and naturally we also take cash. For cash payment, a security deposit will be required, please ask us about this when making your reservation.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice but will be fixed once a booking has confirmed. Bookings can be made by calling our helpful friendly staff on (02) 4967 2711.
Special Rates
We have special weekend rates and overnight rates available on certain vehicles, please ask us about these. For longer term rentals and weekday rates ask us what our current specials are to help save you even more money.
Stamp Duty & GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All Government duties and taxes are INCLUDED in our prices.
Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is included in our rates, however renters are reminded of the following:
An excess of $2750 applies to all hires. This excess can be reduced to a non waiverable excess of $750 at a small cost of $25 per rental. On commercial vehicles, insurance does not extend to overhead damage and reversing damage, these items are entirely at the renter’s risk. Insurance cover is subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
Damage
Missing items, cigarette lighters, hubcaps, radios etc, and damaged tyres are not covered by insurance and are exclusive of damage liability.
Driver's License and Qualifications
All drivers must hold a valid and full license and be over the age of 25 years. Please note that special licences apply for certain classes of vehicles
Fuel
Hirers are responsible for all costs incurred during hire. Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and we request that it be returned full, otherwise a refueling charge exceeding that which you would normally pay at a service station will apply
Late Fee
A late fee applies to all overdue returns and this is calculated at $20.00 for each hour the vehicle is overdue. At the expiration of 4 hours, another day’s rental applies. In cases where the renter has returned late without notice and it causes another customer to lose or cancel their booking, the late renter will be charged for that rental.
Road Side Assistance
All vehicles are covered 24hours a day, 7 days a week for roadside assistance Australia wide. Please Contact 24/7 on 1800 008 616 Roadservices roadside assistance Australia wide. Any cost incurred due to hirer error, e.g. keys locked in car, will be charged to the hirer.
Airports and Hotels/Motels
Deliveries to major airports, hotels and motels are available, a small fee may apply, please ask when making your reservation.
